Experience: 5 – 7 Years
Location: Mumbai
- Identify automation needs for airport services, secure approvals and liaise with service providers to evaluate/purchase products, functionalities and enhancements and with developers to create programs and applications.
- Test new functionalities, fixes, enhancements and releases of software used by Airport Services
- Act as a second level analyst in the escalation matrix when SSCI (Sabre Sonic Check In) issues are reported by the network.
- Provide consultation as an SSCI Subject Matter Expert (SME) in company projects that impact check-in or are impacted by check-in, act as Project Lead when the project is driven by Airport Services.
- Manage the SSCI system and database administration.
- Assist in complaint handling by investigating system transactions that can support in root cause analysis.
- Prepare and disseminate processes related to usage of the check-in systems.
- Effectively participate in and contribute to the equity partners’ forum on SSCI.
